A new restoration division has been launched by the ISS Group to strengthen its services to the insurance industry.
The skills and resources of Rainbow International and ISS Damage Control have been combined to provide a total restoration solution for domestic and commercial claims.
The two companies will work under the banner of ISS Facility Services – Restoration.
The new division is being headed up by Rainbow International Managing Director Phil Else who said the new arrangements would bring operational efficiencies and improved responsiveness for clients.
Mr Else said: “Recent years have seen many procedural and structural changes within the insurance and damage restoration industry and ISS is taking this opportunity to further strengthen its market presence in response to the needs of its customers, building on the success of the closer working relationship established between our two existing operating companies.
“This new Division, operating across both the commercial and private markets,will refine our competitive edge and strengthen ISS’s response to flood, fire and other disasters bringing clear benefits to insurers and other ISS clients throughout the UK.”
Phil Else, will head up the Division, in addition to his role as Managing Director of Rainbow. Phil has been Managing Director of Rainbow since 2005 and started his career with ISS in 2003.
Shaun Doherty takes up the role of Integration Director having previously held the position of Managing Director ISS Damage Control. Shaun will take overall responsibility for the successful integration of the new Division. Steve Mitchell, previously Operations Director ISS Damage Control, joins the team as Managing Director ISS Restoration Commercial and Chris Roche takes overall responsibility as Finance Director for the Division.
Seamus Grealish joins the team in an advisory capacity. Seamus brings with him a wealth of experience having worked within the Facilities Management field and the restoration business for many years.
