Disaster recovery specialist Rainbow International has named Darrell Booth and Kerry Bamford as recipients of the Franchisee of the Month award. Darrell and Kerry have taken an initial £77,000 a year turnover and grown it to nearly £1.2m since joining Rainbow in 1996. Their area has expanded to cover Yeovil, Taunton, Bridgwater, Dorchester and Weymouth. They run a 14 strong team from their base at South Petherton and in addition to providing restoration services on behalf of leading insurance companies have developed a highly successful commercial and domestic cleaning service. Rainbow International Managing Director Phil Else said: “Darrell and Kerry have dedicated themselves to providing a vital service to householders and businesses in their area. “The business has continued to growth despite the downturn and the couple have worked hard to support fellow franchisees in the Rainbow network. They often find themselves working in difficult conditions but their energy and enthusiasm is an example to all.” Rainbow International specialises in restoring homes and businesses after fire, flood or accidental damage, as well as providing a commercial and domestic cleaning service.
